Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

By creating an account or using emblem.run, you agree to these terms.

Purpose and service

emblem.run lets you enter your content once, pick a design, and publish a developer portfolio — with a free subdomain, version history and, on the lifetime plan, a custom domain.

The service is published by Thibault Fayard EI.

Account

Accounts are created via GitHub. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity on your account.

Plans and payment

The free plan gives access to the subdomain, templates, history and updates, with no credit card.

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks the custom domain and new templates.

Your content

You keep full ownership of the content you publish. You grant us only the technical license needed to host and display it as part of the service.

You agree to publish only content you have the rights to and that complies with the law (no unlawful, defamatory or infringing content).

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We use reasonable means to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the applicable version is the one online at the time you use the service.

These terms are governed by French law. Contact: thibaultfayard.pro@gmail.com.
